How do you keep your members accountable and on track?
At Activate Body, every work is scheduled by appointment. If you don’t show up for your workout, we’ll reach out to see what the issue was.
How many people are in your Small-Group Personal Training Sessions?
We always cap enrollment at six participants so that we can ensure everyone gets the attention they need to be safe, effective, and stay motivated!
I'm new to fitness, what fitness level are your Small-Group Personal Training sessions for?
Because everyone does their own workout designed for their unique needs, our Small-Group Personal Training sessions are suitable for any fitness level, even beginners!
Do I have to pay a membership to belong to Activate Body?
You do not pay money each month just to “belong” at Activate Body. You just pay based on the number of workouts you want to complete.
How long are your workouts?
Our workouts are always a crisp 45 minutes, which includes a warm-up and cool-down.
Do you only offer workout sessions in the mornings and evenings?
No, we offer sessions throughout the day, starting at 6am and all the way until 8pm.
