Fat loss happens this way because things in our body are constantly fluctuating. Hormones are one of these variables. We have certain hormones that signal our bodies to store fat, or to burn fat. We can try to take advantage of these hormones as much as possible, but it isn’t always possible.
So what should you do if you see your progress slowing down, stalling, or reversing? Don’t give up! Keep moving forward and keep working hard. Sure, sometimes we need to try something new, but give yourself and your body the time and patience it deserves in order to see long term results.
